I Graduated From High School

Yeah …

Friday (May 23, 2008), I participated in my high school graduation ceremony. In all honesty, it was nothing special. The event was highly unorganized, the planning that we did the day before turned out to be a complete waste of time, and many of the onlookers of the event were quite rude, to say the least.

After the official ceremony ended, I had to make my way to receive my actual diploma (which was ridiculous considering that they gave us the diploma jacket on stage). Besides the minute or two that I spent to talk to teachers, I was pushing my way through hordes of ignorant people in an attempt to pick up my diploma so that I could head back to South Carolina with my grandparents (an hour and a half trip from where my school is).

Needless to say, I finally picked up my diploma, talked to a few people, and went home. It was, without a doubt, one of the happiest days and one of the most annoying days of my life.

It just feels good to finally sever my ties with Hart County High School, which has provided a routinely poor experience throughout my entire year there.

Now that I’m done with that useless rambling, I’ll just say that I will finally be getting around to updating my website. I will be adding some features within the next few days, along with a logo.

I am also looking for link exchange partners, so if you are interested, let me know.
