Looking To Sell

Author: Justin | Category: News | Comments: 0 | Date: October 14, 2008 | Time: 2:26 pm

Hey everyone, I’m currently looking to see a few items of mine. I’ll be placing these items on eBay in the near future. If you are interested in a certain item, email me and I’ll reply with the eBay sell thread once I get it online. If you don’t want to go through the eBay process, make me an offer and we’ll go from there. I’d prefer PayPal, but if you like, you could mail me cash, check, or money order (which would be preferred in transactions not done through eBay).

Firstly, I have the unopened Spider-Man 3 Blu-ray disc that came with my Playstation 3. I never liked the Spider-Man movies (any of them, especially the third one) and I’ve never opened the Blu-ray disc that came with my 40 GB Playstation 3 when I received it last year. Including shipping, I’d be willing to let it go for $10.

Secondly, I have an Akai S1000PB for sale. I originally bought it, along with a Roland SP-700, from a guy who was cleaning out a music studio in Los Angeles. I don’t use this unit and I am looking to offload it to someone else. It has the maximum 32 megabytes of RAM and it is in solid working condition. The only issues are cosmetic scratches and a dimmed LCD screen (which is common with old Akai hardware). The repair of this issue is quite easy and I could provide you with the instructions, or if you are willing to pay extra, I could even do the repair myself. I’d be willing to let this sample player go for $50 plus shipping.

I’m also willing to part with the SP-700 that I purchased with the Akai mentioned above. As much as I love the module, I still find it easier for me to work with my samples through the computer. As of right now, the Akai and the SP-700 are collecting dust next to my computer at my house. Besides the cosmetic scratches expected for an old unit, the SP-700 is in great working condition. As with the Akai, I’d be willing to let this unit go for $50 plus shipping.

I also have some various computer parts from an old Acer Aspire laptop that I recently purchased to fix my Aspire. These parts include a monitor (cracked), a motherboard (seller told me that the item wasn’t working), a DVD/CD-RW drive, and a 60 GB Toshiba hard drive that comes with the caddy. I will also throw in the Windows Vista Home Basic OEM disc that came with the laptop along with two COA’s, the one that came from the bottom of my laptop and the one that came from the laptop I used for parts. I have no desired price for these items and will accept any reasonable offer that comes my way.

I have some other items that I will be listing on eBay as well. These items include old electronics (cellular phones, et cetera) and various computer applications and parts.

If you have any of the following items, I would be willing to discuss a trade with you:

  • Musical instruments (MIDI controllers, drum machines, synthesizers, cables, and rack modules)
  • Playstation 3 video games
  • TigerDirect.com gift cards
  • Domains and/or websites

Like I said, if you are interested in buying one of the mentioned items or trading for one of the mentioned items, send me an email via the Contact page and we’ll go from there. Please note one thing: I will not ship any item overseas. It’s too much trouble to go through that process. If you live overseas and want to purchase an item I have for sale, I suggest that you find a friend within the United States that can receive the items from me and then ship them to you. I am not willing to trade with any non-US residents due to the hassle that it would cause.

If you are interested in some of the other items I’ll have for sale (the computer applications, parts, et cetera), email me and I’ll give you a rought list of what I plan to put online for auction.

Livin’ The Dorm Life

Author: Justin | Category: News | Comments: 0 | Date: October 14, 2008 | Time: 1:04 pm

Forget the Thug Life, I’m living the dorm life. And, in all honesty, it isn’t an accomplishment that I want to brag about. Regardless, I’m here and it has provided me with a lot of free time.

I’m currently working on getting the Ruff Audio website online along with a few other websites. Until I have Ruff Audio online, I would encourage you to check out my friend, Greg, who has recently recorded over several of my tracks.

Clickie.

I can claim “Will Never Be Mine”, “Any Moment”, and “Get ‘Em” as my original creations.

I’ve also came up with an idea for a mixtape that I’m going to pursue with the inevitable launch of Ruff Audio. Progress has been slower than I originally anticipated but it’s still coming along, even if it’s at a slow rate. There are disadvantages to being lazy, after all.
